Customer Success - Night Shift

Job Overview: At Tapita.io, we provide high-quality, conversion-focused solutions for Shopify merchants around the world. Our team is passionate about helping online businesses thrive by offering tools and support that drive real results. We are currently looking for 02 full-time Customer Success Representatives to join our team and contribute to delivering excellent customer service and product engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Undergo training to become proficient in Tapita's products and services.
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via email and live chat using Zoho Desk and Zoho SalesIQ (training provided).
  • Identify customer needs and guide them on how to use specific features effectively.
  • Investigate and report product issues by replicating scenarios and escalating tickets to the technical team.
  • Document technical issues and customer conversations in internal systems for future reference.
    Share user feedback, feature requests, and workarounds with the product and support teams.
  • Notify customers of new product features, updates, and functionalities.
  • Conduct follow-ups to ensure technical issues are resolved to customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams by sharing valuable customer insights.

Requirements

  • Intermediate to Advanced written
  • English skills (essential).
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions.
  • Self-motivated with a positive, customer-first mindset.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts and learn new tools and technologies.

Work Schedule

  • Full-Time | 5 Days/Week (Mon–Fri)
  • Each shift is 8 hours/day, scheduled by the Team Leader. Shifts operate on GMT+7 and rotate as follows:
    20:00 – 04:00 (8:00 PM – 4:00 AM)
    04:00 – 12:00 (4:00 AM – 12:00 PM)
    12:00 – 20:00 (12:00 PM – 8:00 PM)
