Ads Specialist
Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Ads Specialist with strong expertise in multi-platform paid advertising to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience running campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, and other performance channels. Candidates must have strong analytical thinking, excellent English communication, and a results-driven mindset.
Experience with Google Shopping or e-commerce advertising is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Plan, set up, manage, and optimize multi-platform advertising campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Video), Facebook Ads, and TikTok Ads.
- Take ownership of Google Shopping campaigns, ensuring optimized feeds, product performance, and maximized ROAS.
- Perform keyword research, audience segmentation, bidding strategy adjustments, and competitor analysis.
- Continuously monitor campaign performance and optimize budgets, creatives, and targeting to meet KPIs.
- Use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Merchant Center, pixel tracking, and platform dashboards for performance analysis.
- Prepare regular performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to create high-converting ad creatives and landing pages.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices across all paid advertising platforms.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience managing paid ads campaigns (Google Ads required; multi-platform experience is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of Google Shopping setup, product feeds, and optimization techniques.
- Excellent English skills (both written and spoken).
- Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to interpret data and identify insights.
- Proficiency with Google Ads Manager, Google Merchant Center, Google Analytics, and other tracking tools.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
- Experience in e-commerce or performance-driven advertising.
- Google Ads Certifications (Search, Shopping, Display, etc.).
- Experience with additional paid media channels such as Meta Ads and TikTok Ads.
- Familiarity with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
